condense:  When a substance condenses, it changes from a less dense form to a more dense form.  A condensed substance is reduced in volume and is more compact.  Gas or water vapor condenses to a liquid.

conjunction:  Two or more objects in space are said to be in conjunction when they appear close together in the sky.  As one body passes in front of another, generally when they begin to align, a conjunction occurs.  For a few days or weeks, the two objects may seem to be joined, appearing as an especially bright star.   

continent:  One of the seven main land masses on Earth.  The seven continents are North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and Antarctica.
